A Message from GFI

GreaterFindlayInc. has implemented a set of values intended to guide our behavior toward each other and our customers. The Code of Ethical Practices defines the professional conduct expected of every employee and board member of The Chamber. This Code also applies to everyone who works and represents The Chamber and can be integrated into your organization as well.

In essence, the Code represents our long-standing commitment to maintaining ethical work practices at The Chamber, in addition to complying with all laws that apply to our organization.

This Code does not provide a comprehensive formula for determining a specific conduct in every situation. While the Code’s policies are general, its spirit and intent are specific.

The Chamber’s good name and reputation are the product of the long-standing conduct, dedication and expertise of the people who work and represent the organization. Our ability to market the Findlay/Hancock County community greatly depends on those individuals who fully understand and support this Code’s purpose and spirit.

We are on a mission to become the community of choice. This Code will help us reach our goal by ensuring The Chamber’s employees and representatives always conduct business in a way that meets the highest ethical and legal standards.
