Hancock Youth Leadership
The Hancock Youth leadership program is an investment in the future of Findlay and Hancock County. Its purpose is to enhance knowledge and develop leadership skills of a select group of high school students, motivating them to become positive role models, active and committed to their civic responsibilities.
Attention Current High School Sophomores!
High school sophomores who live in Hancock County and are interested in expanding their leadership skills while interacting with a broad range of community leaders should consider becoming a member of next year's Hancock Youth Leadership class. See below to download applications and the HYL brochure. HYL applications are due on April 9 of your sophomore year.

Welcome HYL '11 Class!
Congratulations to Hancock Youth Leadership Class of 2011!
The Hancock Youth Leadership board is proud to announce the students who have been selected to participate in Hancock Youth Leadership ‘11. The class was chosen from applications submitted by Hancock County high school sophomores.
HYL ‘11 will participate in a nine-month seminar program beginning with an overnight retreat in August. During the class year, members will be introduced to many aspects of the Greater Findlay community including agriculture, business, health and human services, arts, media, justice and diversity.
HYL is an affiliated program of the Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce, sponsored by the Hancock Leadership Alumni Association.
