Hancock Leadership
Businesses encourage their employees to participate in Hancock Leadership, a nationally recognized nine-month seminar program sponsored by GreaterFindlayInc. and designed to foster and promote volunteer leadership resources within the community on a planned, continuing basis.
The mission of Hancock Leadership is to develop and cultivate all people with a passion to serve our community through a dynamic learning experience that encourages self-discovery, fosters relationships and inspires stewardship.

HL '09 is proud to announce that it will be partnering with Hancock Agency on Aging for its class project. Additional details will be forthcoming.
Hancock Leadership Class Legacy Project
Each Hancock Leadership class serves our community through a class legacy project of its choosing.
Hancock Leadership '08 successfully undertook the planning, funding and construction of a multi-sensory room at Special Kids Therapy, a local 501 (c) 3 organization that provides services to special needs children and their families.
