Economic Development: Ensure that Findlay has a positive business climate and the ability to support and accommodate economic growth and development opportunities
Small Business: Support and promote small and local business and entrepreneurial development
Tourism: Explore destination event coordinator; local organization collaboration
Workforce Development: Provide a workforce with skills and capacity that meet the current and future needs of our employers. Encourage and assist employers that invest in human capital
Branding/Marketing: Continue to reinforce GreaterFindlayInc. to local and external audiences and create a unified marketing plan to include driving traffic to newly developed GFI website
Benchmarking: Establish annual economic development activity and output goals, continue utilization of the Six Disciplines measurement system, and develop a detailed Annual Scorecard in association with an Annual Report
